We have partnered with World Barista Champion, Raul Rodas to custom roast this offering.

Raul works directly with small lot producers in his native Guatemala sourcing exceptional specialty lots that do not otherwise have the opportunity to sell locally or internationally.

Raul develops a roast profile for each coffee, accentuating the nuances of each farming region and process. He roasts in weekly small batches from his Paradigma Coffee Roasters in Guatemala City.

Why roast at origin?

We do things a little bit differently in the specialty coffee trade. In fact, we don’t trade at all.

Fijo partners with producers and roasters in coffee growing countries and ships direct to you from origin.

This means you get craft coffee uniquely reflective of each region. Without middlemen, this model also ensures 3x more profits stay with coffee growing countries.

We’re building a more equitable coffee model that focuses on the profits and craft at origin.
