This Geisha is exceptional scoring 88+ pts. The cherries undergo a washed process, with an additional anaerobic fermentation that gives fruit accents to the coffee without sacrificing the floral character of the variety.

Finca Miramundo is located in Pueblo Nuevo Viñas 1700-1900 meters above sea level. Producers Felipe Galvez and Giovanni Valverde grow a wider range of varieties like Caturra, Catuai, and Villa Sarchi.

We have partnered with World Barista Champion, Raul Rodas to custom roast this offering.

Raul works directly with small lot producers in his native Guatemala sourcing exceptional specialty lots that do not otherwise have the opportunity to sell locally or internationally.

Raul develops a roast profile for each coffee, accentuating the nuances of each farming region and process. He roasts in weekly small batches from his Paradigma Coffee Roasters in Guatemala City.
